Ordered a bowl of noodles and a plate of rice. Waitress (owner?) was super polite, thanking us profusely throughout the meal. The deep fried pork chop rice came with surprisingly lots of vegetables. The chicken leg potato noodles was also unique and delicious, prompting us to order another bowl with tomato beef soup. However the noodles in tomato soup was disappointingly not as good. The soup was sour and the noodles too sticky. It also only came with 3 pieces of beef. Overall, the meal would have been perfect if not for the high MSG they put in to the vegetables on the rice plate and the soup in the noodle bowls. Would only return if they cut out the MSG.
石锅鱼变成了面馆。新开的,环境亮堂堂,挺干净。点了两个小菜海带丝和豆腐丝,主食兰州拉面和酸菜牛肉土豆粉。小菜2.99一个挺划算,味道都不错。土豆粉是用类似石锅装的,量很足,牛肉看着像涮火锅的肉片,汤底偏酸偏咸,南方人表示吃两口就想不停喝饮料;土豆粉本身色泽晶莹,口感Q韧,白白的看着像乌冬。
再来说招牌拉面,一上来铺着一层牛肉片,这次不是火锅牛肉了,也没有蔬菜。面条口感不错,相比其他几家这家的面很手工味,有嚼劲给好评。汤底的话北方人觉得味道不够,南方人ok,就是再热一点就好了。菜单上品种很少,走的是专门店路线。
服务不错,阿姨还会来问问吃得怎样,口味如何。估计也是因为刚开门的缘故吧。
