相比较,石库门还算吃得过. 特别是冷盘烤子鱼,其他的上海菜饭店都没有. 腌笃鲜的笋也比较接近鲜竹笋,其他饭店的用罐头笋就很难吃了。说实话,现在真回到上海也找不到几家原汁原味的上海菜,老师傅退休后很多传统名菜失传了,加上本地对生活质量有点要求的上海人越来越少,很多外地人进驻上海,饮食业工作和服务人员%85是外地人,真正上海菜和上海方言一样在逐渐消亡中。这个大背景下,在海外的餐馆还能品尝到些接近往日口味的上海菜,实属不易。愿石库门主人在保持现有水准的基础上,再多多听取来自上海的顾客的意见,认真做好每道菜,会有更好的前景。祝成功!我们在多伦多的上海人也有福享受地道上海菜!
Very small food portion, unreasonably expensive price, poor service (e.g. give you attitude when you want to swipe credit card), saw a young guy wave knife one time (heard due to internal dispute), concern about safety issue. Definitely not recommend.
